What is RoTunneling VPN?
A VPN service with servers in Romania that removes censorship and network restrictions and protects your data by encrypting your traffic. Use it when you can only reach some websites, when apps or games are blocked by your provider, or when your internet access only works through a proxy.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You receive a fiscal invoice for every payment.
What if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with our services within 14 days from your first payment, we give you your money back.
Can I change my plan or billing period?
Four days before your current subscription expires, the option to change plans becomes active in your account. For a different billing period, make a manual payment.
How do I unsubscribe?
From your account, with the Unsubscribe button.
What is Malware and Phishing Protection?
A DNS-based prevention system with two layers: one developed by us and one based on CloudFlare DNS. It blocks websites that spread malware, phishing and ransomware, C&C servers, tracking and some ads. It is free for every client.
Why is it faster than a regular VPN?
The desktop client uses UT-VPN, with UDP acceleration and up to 32 simultaneous connections. It also automatically picks the port and protocol that work on your network and adjusts MTU and buffers for maximum speed.
What if my network blocks VPNs?
The client automatically tries other ports and protocols, and if a classic VPN is blocked it can encapsulate traffic in ICMP, DNS or HTTPS. In the OpenVPN profiles you can use the _TCP variant on port 443.
Can I use a proxy?
Yes. The desktop client supports authenticated HTTP proxies, and the OpenVPN _TCP profiles work through a proxy.
I cannot connect. What should I do?
Check that you have the latest version of the app, pick another server in the client and, if you use a proxy, set it in the app under Settings, Proxy. If the problem persists, write to [email protected].
