For that reason, the service is not intended for the following activities:
- it is not an anonymity service, so we do not tolerate or protect users who engage in illegal activities.
- using the VPN network to send spam (unsolicited email) is strictly forbidden.
- using the VPN network to exploit computer systems is strictly forbidden.
- using the service for flood or DDoS attacks is strictly forbidden.
- using the network for fraud, unauthorized access to applications, databases or computer systems, child pornography, and any offense under Romanian and international law, especially but not only Law 161/2003, with all later amendments, is strictly forbidden.
RedShift IT SRL, as the sole operator of the RoTunneling VPN service, is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any action of the users of this service; users are solely responsible for all of their activity.
By activating an account on the site, users declare that they agree with the law in force and with the terms and conditions, and undertake to comply with the law in force and with the terms and conditions of use of the service, which have contractual value.
